was that no comment was given or "!!! NO COMMENT !!! " ?

Perhaps I can understand that because its another clash of the titans, a bit like Behringer v Roland.

"W" have a history of arising from the ashes and delivering the next gen wavetable synth based on the PPG heritage but Behringer seem to have got the right timing & balls to produce the clone of the original.

I can totally relate to that, as can Korg no doubt. Their blue M50, and blue MS20 fs. Even the Tuaregs [blue men of the north] know the power of blue......

yeah blue... much more vicseral than the standout ubiquitous Nordic red etc, although somthing in yellow would come close IMHO.

.....but if BBG beta testing is soon & lasting a couple of months, then it should be in the shops this year ??????? and at a price similar to the deepmind ?????

£ higher or lower ?????

You can see it coming, we'll get so fed up with coloured synths, things will start appearing in black again, and what a novelty that will be.

Martin

I can remember when I first got my VCS3, I was constantly moaning about it going out of tune, but then "I got it" and started to use it for what it was best at, a wonderland of randomness and spaced out loveliness.

Quite right too Tony! ;)

That approach certainly didn't do Brian Eno any harm either.
