(Doing it socially distanced just makes it all the fun - like a game of Twister but with a really dodgy soundtrack!)

That thought made me chuckle -
 :D

I’ll get my partner one for sure, play accurately? what? I don’t think the word accurate is in my partners vocabulary, this will be very welcome, at least I won’t have to waste valuable Hammond C3 money on a Moog Clara Theremin.

Just need that third arm or one or two legs to control volume!

Why not make it a theremin party?

Excuse the lowbrow humour - I’ve always wondered if naked Twister was an urban myth or not. With the polyphonic theremin this could be fun for the whole band but don’t forget to wear your mask!

I reckon I could play three notes at a time, but I always was a clever dick.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm going, I'm going...

I see Behringer appear to up to their copying game again with the new "Swing"...

I don't know why they continue to do this so blatantly?
Surely they could just move some controls around, or do something a *little* different? :headbang:

They've garnered so much goodwill due to their synth releases, why risk throwing their name back into the mud again? Or maybe they did a deal with Arturia and licensed the design (hmm, let's face it, probably not likely....)

Ho hum...

Not sure what you're talking about? The differences seem pretty obvious to me.

Behringer's keyboard is white, whereas Arturia's is black.

It's one thing cloning decades-old hard-to-get legacy hardware but another to do it for modern stuff.

However, Arturia are not without some clout and assuming it's not a licensed copy it's up to them if they want to take this to court. I would if I was them as it seems a fairly cut 'n dried case, but we'll see. I would not be sad to see Behringer get kicked back over the line on this one, it is taking the micky.

That being said - I would buy a synth with the ass-word on it!
Counter culture tongue-in-cheeky it is.
(Memories of the cork sniffer stupidity still floating about)

Oh Dear. That looks bad. Did Arturia park in Behringers space at an exhibition event ?

......but apparently the swing has a hidden mega feature which is connected with the upcomming DAW. A publicity creator maybe ?

Didn't Behringer say they were working on a DAW?
I seem to have some vague recollection that they said this at some point not too far back...

"A$$h@le" is arguably a better name than "Swing".
