rd-2000 function assignment
I created a patch (I think Roland calls them Programs?) with 4 tones - a piano, EP, Organ and Pad, each assigned to one of the first 4 sliders. I'd like to apply a cutoff filter to just the Pad and assign it to one of the mod wheels. But I don't want the filter to apply to the other tones - just the pad. Is there a way to do that?

Hmm. The index for the Parameter Guide lists "Assigning functions to controllers" under Program settings, but not Tone settings, so it doesn't look like it...(?)

Yeah I figured out how to assign the filter to the mod wheel but right now it's applying to all 4 of the tones. :-(

...yeah, it doesn't look like the programming within the RD2000 is complex enough for that kind of detail. (There are workarounds if there's a computer involved, of course...eg it shouldn't be too difficult to trigger a similar - or even identical sampled - pad on a PC, mix it with the RD2000 output instead of as a Tone, and apply a modwheel-controlled filter to that instead.)
