The copyright on their web page is stuck at 2019, there have been no OS updates past Pack 1.5.2 and I'm getting no responses to emails in the past few months.
It's all gone very quiet.

Their Facebook page has posts from early january so at least their PR operation is active.
You could try message them at their FB page, emails aren't any more the preferred way of communication these days.

Well that's the way they've communicated with me until recently.CS70 wrote:Their Facebook page has posts from early january so at least their PR operation is active.

I guess with a small company like that it wouldn't take more than a couple of C-19 cases to really hit their capacity. Might just be dealing with a staffing hit and the backlog.

Ignore the post count, I have no idea what I'm doing...
Re: ASM Hydrasynth - what's happened?
hmmm... We'll see. That 2019 date on the web page doesn't suggest a company that is keeping on top of things.

Re: ASM Hydrasynth - what's happened?
It's quite easy to let the copyright date slip really. For instance I just randomly looked up another boutique synth maker, Critter & Guitari, which is also stuck on 2019. The last update for the Hydrasynth was Sept 2020, so that sounds pretty good to me.
I think the death knell for the end of email is a bit premature though; I'd expect any decent company to reply within days, or at least a couple of weeks.

I’m waiting for support mails back from Moog, one I sent over two months ago, and one three weeks ago.

Yes they’re a bit tardy at the mo. I’d suggest seeing if you have the direct email for one of the support techs and dropping a line directly. I did this and I got a quick response with lots of apologies on the delays.I’m waiting for support mails back from Moog

What can I say? You must have a quicker email connection.

None of this solves my problem with ASM. Has anyone had any contact with them in the past three months?

They still seem to be moderately active on Instagram, FWIW - a couple of posts last week I think. Happy to give them a poke there on your behalf if it helps? The Elf wrote:None of this solves my problem with ASM. Has anyone had any contact with them in the past three months?

I think I might have had an easy to answer question [i.e. it has been asked many times before]. The reply was "......Pledge and microfiber cloth or < 70% iso alcohol wipes...."

What was your question ? FB has comments about h/w problems and whether there is room in the processor for new features.
There is a patch competition running this month so I was thinking results in Feb along with an update ?????
