Moog Grandmother, mod-wheel/Eurorack issues.

I’ve tried, but can’t find a way to output mod-wheel CV from my Grandmother to my Eurorack, to control a VCA/LFO for vibrato.
You can access the the raw LFO wave on the grandmother, but it’s not tapped via the wheel.
I need to tap off the mod wheel to control a VCA on my modular, but it’s not happening, I’ve looked on other synth forums, and others have had the same issue, looks like it’s not possible.
This is a great shame, as it stops the GM being a really nice all-in-one controller, just running this by you folks, to see if you have any answers.

Could you get round it with a MIDI module, or by running it through another synth as described here...?

Thanks, yes, that’s the conclusion I came to, I could plug it into my Micron, but that only has Midi out, so I’ll have to get a Doepfer 192-3 or similar.
Are they saying a Korg MS20 "can" output mod wheel info via CV?
This is all a bit strange, I’m jot focusing, the reason I want to use the GM is to use its sequencer and arpeggiator, nit the sounds, basically an Arturia Keystep would do the job better.

That's what they're saying.

Here's the output on the Mini.

Seems to look the same on the original.

Interesting, but doesn’t the Korg use different CV voltages, I’ll need another converter?

...hmm, looks like you might. The English Tear seems a popular choice...

...but perhaps there's a simpler/cheaper option.

Using the MS20, and the GM, I’m sort of missing the point, after thinking about this more, the simplest solution would be a Doepfer A192-3 Midi/CV converter, or, a KeyStep if I wipe out the GM, I’m not using the sounds in the GM alongside the modular, so a KeyStep would actually do a better job, it has more comprehensive sequencing and arpeggiation.
The GM is just there, it wasn’t an ideal solution, but not having a mod CV out is a bit of an annoying omission, it would have been a perfect modular controller for me, if it had one.
