Balanced or unbalanced dual cable for patch lead ?

Postby Gone To Lunch » Sun Oct 20, 2019 6:00 pm

I want to get a lead made up to connect a stereo jack socket to two mono phono plugs, so I will need some of that dual cable ? Note this for moving stereo to signal to two mono inputs, NOT a send/return insert requirement.

Studiospares sell unbalanced (single) and balanced (double)

Which one do I need to get ?

Sorry, I can't make Studiospares search let me put 2 x Phonos on one end and a 'Stereojack' on the other (which is what you need). Both cables need to be shielded and unbalanced (should not be a problem as you can't have balanced on a phono plug).
