Unusual Studio Build Help & Advice for Light boxes in Studios

Postby BrandonMiles » Sat Sep 19, 2020 3:22 pm

hey guys, first post here!

Was wondering about building a studio featuring some funky retro Pulsar Chroma Panels (Video link to what these are below.) They have a thick clear plastic front and the back is metal, the plastic and metal frame attaches by a thin layer of velcro.

Is there anyway I can reduce potential rattle? Was hoping for some sort of transparent foam to use but not sure on logistics.

Also thought about buying some of those big air filled bags used for packages, anyone got any suggestions?

Link to the Panels (They look very cool and retro!)

Hi and welcome. I'd be more concerned about sound reflection than rattle, so be careful where you put them.

Yup! I was thinking the same as I read the post... and I hadn't even got to the 'rattle' question. :)
