F*ck! They didn't hang around did they... Shame it won't hold my A & H as well :frown: (*Mumble* might ring them though and just see... y'know they might be daft enough to try it... :) )

@Eyan

Point! Even with the dollar thing, they're not cheap...!

New pic of acoustic treatment. The studio's a little messy, so ignore that, but look at those fancy new foam corner traps above the absorbers. 8-) One more DIY in the wall/ceiling corner above the window and I think I'll call it quits. My client base is building. 8-) Things are getting busy.

well i made the nevis 70 copy and the rack and roll units for under 200 pounds..

i have just made a nevis 90 expandable for 120 pounds including the metal work and fixings required.

it is easy to make these units for yourselves and save hundreds in the process..

as im not making them for resale or for anyone else i not breaching copyright or patent as i am making a version which is not exact in design or layout but is only of similar design.

if you want copies of my plans for my desks i am happy to oblige by email.

I run Sonar and it's frankly whilst I am looking to go for a twin head graphics PC, it is in fact okay... ;)

pk, I'd be interested in seeing those plans. If it even looks close I'd like to give it a go. I've been considering making another desk anyway. The one I'm currently using I threw together in less than 8 hrs. It works but I'm looking for something a little more professional.

Reg, don't be fooled. I thought the same thing. Then I went dual monitor and it's still not enough. I'm using dual 19's but at 2048x1536. I use Sonar as well. I keep the track view in the left monitor with SoftLCD and the Console, Big Time and plugins in the right. It's addictive to see how much info can be fit in one viewing area. I'm planning the move to triple monitor now. It's a matter of finding the space, hence the new desk.
