It is more to do with having the time, connections and £o££y to sustain a massive publicity campaign.

Learning the harmony is one of those issues where the results are directly proportional to the effort put in. But start with 'The Rudiments of Music' and if really obsessive move onto 'Harmony' by Walter Piston, and then listen to classical, jazz, and all of the classic pop songwriters, but listen analytically - see yo in about 2 years. By the way, many musical geniuses have a few things in common, coming from musical supportive families, they usually started learning music around the same time they started potty training

Quincy Jones has been mentoring him and a handful of other young musicians hadn selected from around the world. So Q obviously rates him highly.

Apparantly Jacob even as a baby was exposed to the sounds of his mother teaching music at home. Rick Beato has a few amazing youtube videos of how he helped his son retain perfect pitch as a toddler. It may be that Jacobs mother inadvertantly did the same thing.
