My advice which i have given before in this forum is to buy self powered RCF 310a 312a or 322a speakers or the 4/5/7 series if you have the money + a allen and heath mix wizard mk 2 or 3 16/2 mixer
add the RCF 705 or 905 subs at a later date. You will need a 31 band dual graphic as well [BSS opal off ebay]so ideally the mixer and graphic should be together in a combi mixer flightcase[ebay]

Have a look on ebay gumtree and speakerplans for second hand PA's

Buying separate amps or a powered mixer and passive speakers means that you will have a harder time trying to sell it a few years down the road and its more complicated dealing with all the ins and outs .
Incidentally some JBL cabs are not so good like the older TR series and the early Eons but the PRX series are very good
QSC K ,KW and HPR 122i's or 152's or 153's series cabs are all good [not the K8's though and not the K subs ]
RCF TT series cabs are the best if you win the lottery
Mackie SRM 450'S second hand are ok if you are on a tight budget :headbang:
