I give 'unboxings' a wide berth,

I've always shaken my head in disbelief at the concept of unboxing videos. Then, the other day, I was packing something that I'm selling and I was unsure about the accessories that came with it. In a matter of minutes I had found an unboxing video for the product and determined which cables to put in the box (had to rummage around a bit to find a couple of them) and which ones to keep. So at least they're moderately useful for second hand transactions.

I forgot to mention that the reason I checked was that there were discrepancies between my vague memory of which accessories were included (1 cable), product descriptions on the internet (3 cables) and the documentation that came with the product (2 cables). Apparently they changed the accessories after printing the documentation, and the unboxing video revealed that the correct number of cables was 3. Anyway, unboxings ... generally useless, but not utterly and completely useless.
