They responded to my initial query within 30mins yesterday (yes - a sunday) and fixed my issue (MPX master tape disappearing when my other waves plugins remained???) this evening.
The tech guy was knowledgable and courteous.
I know paying for WUP is a pain, but if it means you get decent after sales service, it may well be worth it...
