Hope this is in right forum (mods do move if not!), but I just wanted to shout out about the after sales support from DSI.
My P6 - 2 years old - failed a voice calibration, mid project. Emailed DSI support and got Carson responding ( time diffs aside) straight away. Ran me through some checks which confirmed a voice card issue. One was dispatched and arrived here well packed and tracked. Sorted.
Too often we hear about bad or just indifferent support, I can say in this case I can’t fault it and felt it ought to be acknowledged. A £2k synth is a serious investment and you’d like to know when things aren’t right they’ll get sorted.
