Just noticed this thread.

I really hope my KM-D Digital Mic. thread is kept - THIS ONE - I started it 9 years ago, but it's still a good reference and I link people to it from other forums whenever there is a digital mic. question.

Thanks Hugh.

The added bit was because so many people kept asking for copies of the presentations.

I originally had them hosted on "Copy", but they closed that down a few weeks ago so I had to put them somewhere else.

So I added a "Downloads" section to the Sound-Link website to host them. I also added Mike Skeet's presentations that I helped him with, which ought to be saved for prosterity.

No problem -- I was only teasing. Good luck with your presentation on Monday.

Hmmm. I'm rather hoping my DIY amp thread will be safe - No, I still haven't managed to make a decent front panel for it

The search engine here isn't great, but if you have a link to the thread please post it and we can have make it safe. And if you don't have a link, let us know so we can search 'elsewhere' to find it and secure it for posterity.

FYI, the old forum's Topic file path/name (URLs) get auto-redirected into the new forum's shorter URL, so if peeps have the old one's bookmarked in browsers it might be worth updating them to the new ones? [In case the conversion/redirect ever glitches, or ceases working.]

[glass half full mode]Don't worry Max, it just means that you've been dispensing wisdom, advice, and harsh truths for so long that it is inevitable that you would have been hit hard by the culling of ancient posts. [/glass half full mode]

It's the only way we mere mortals can keep up with you :)
