I better speak to my accountant as the tax ramifications may have a significant impact! Hob Nobs saving me money - who knew.

Very much impressed by the whole concept. I was recently shocked and appalled to be told that a very nice (to me and anyone with eyes and ears) guitar had pretty much no resale value due to obvious wear and tear.*

Anyway, it encouraged me to reconsider those nearest and dearest who might be in dire need of a decent acoustic.

Can I humbly suggest that any such forum should he be hidden well away from the attention of trigger happy life partners with an eye to downsizing?

*Perhaps this is why Willie Nelson has avoided updating Trigger.

I warn you. One bite and you're hooked for life :o

My excuse is that they tend to go soft quite quickly once the packet is opened.

Curse you, Folderol!

All this is evidence that SOS needs a sparate forum for Hobnob lovers. That would keep everywhere else safe for the free peoples of the Jammie Dodger loving world.

I suppose this would be a good way to pass on software that's not really worth selling but for some people that might still be on older systems and can make good use ? (not biscuits gone soft by the way)

For example I am sure I still have a version of Kontakt 2.

That said, for some time now, a lot of software is licensed to the machine and that brings us into online registration and licence transfer. Hmm, maybe not such a good idea after all.

I was one of those chumps that bought Vocaloid when it first came out, I used it once and it went back in the box!

It's only ever a matter of time round here, it's like gravity.
