June edition was there....now gone!

Postby IAA » Thu May 21, 2020 8:30 am

I downloaded the june issue this morning, went back to start a proper scan with my cup of tea, and it’s gone! Logged out the app, back in still not there..?

So who’s got it then? Come on own up

Phew, it’s just turned up in time for coffee and possibly a hobnob?
No idea what happened there. :headbang:

It was undoubtedly the hobnob that enticed it out from the digital shadows!

We were doing some last minute testing which required it to be made live through iTunes App Store before the official 10:45am Thursday 21st release date.

Once testing completed the correct deadline was applied... which made it disappear again. We thought nobody else would be awake and notice. ;-)

Enjoy the tablet issue.

Crikey, is it that time already? I was doing a good job of keeping track of the days of the week, but clearly not days of the month :bouncy:

Yeah, it does seem to have come round quickly. Will be the perfect antidote after a 2hr Teams meeting for work this afternoon.

I've no problem keeping track of days of the month, but... is it nearly June already? :o

Never mind the digitals...I was in Sainsburys this morning, 09:30 am and there was ONE copy on the rack! Normally I see the magazine well into half way through the month.

So, has the world and his wife suddenly taken up audio recording or did you not print as many this month?

Presumably that was the new JUNE (Podcast cover) print magazine and not May's?

If so, they've sold out nice and quick  -- all that pent-up demand.

On the contrary. The supermarkets have increased their magazine take to gain market share from other newsagents who have been closed. And most folks have still been picking up groceries, so they're encouragingly picking up their mag stocks to read while in lockdown.
