The article refers to a breakout box about the Control Chain stuff, but no such box is to be found. Any chance of adding it to the web version please?

Argh. That reference is an editing artefact — it is to a box that once existed but was later incorporated into the body text to make the layout work (there were initially four such boxes). Sorry about that! :blush:
