Got a rather sniffy response from "The Crew" to say my post had been deleted.
Hmmm... Of course, one man's 'sniffy' can be another's, 'formal standard response'. I don't know what you received by if you'd like to PM it to me I'll investigate. SOS is a very friendly company and I'm sure the bosses won't want their standard responses to be perceived as 'sniffy'.
Not sure why your post was deleted -- we only delete posts which are obviously completely offensive or inappropriate, and I can't imagine that applied to yours.
Can NEVER see the point of an email you cannot reply to.
We have an automatic fault-reporting system that logs and acknowledges receipt of your report and issues a ticketing number. It's not coming from a human so there is no point in replying to it. But once received, the report is passed on to a human to be dealt with asap... and you may then be contacted by that person if more information is required or a direct response is needed.
