Why do roadies say “one, two, one, two”?

Because if they say “three”, they have to lift something.

I read a roadie story on Wikipedia that I want to be true. One of the members of Cream was talking about wanting to get a racing bike, and a roadie said: 'oh - disraeli gears' instead of 'derailleur gears', and the rest is history.

I'd always been dead impressed by that album name, thinking it was stoned inspiration. But it seems now it was more like just stoned.

I just checked. The thread is fine. If it was locked there would be a (grey) cross to the left of the title instead of the chevron arrow. It only goes red when there are new posts in the thread.

Odd that you can't post in that forum. I'll make sure Ian is across the development!

Yes... but ten days ago. He's been unable to post subsequently in that forum and so we've been trying to find out why, including setting up a completely independent second account. There's something very odd going on and the backroom guys are investigating!

Ok I'm getting close(r) to solving the posting problem. I keep trying to cut and paste long posts from my quick memo for android. Never works. But short memos do work.

And posts I write from scratch work.

Problem is writing a long post from my android directly onto forum is just so difficult. I really prefer the ease and logistics of quick memo especially for a long post

So are we thinking hidden codes in the cut'n'paste post are causing the problem?
