Yeah kind of, I went to a foam shop and bought 2 slabs of inch think closed cell high density foam, i think it was about a tenner, and shoved them under my studio monitors like the Auralex MoPads.
Works great, much better than the spikes I was using before.
Never used the Auralex stuff before but as far as i can tell its just a wedge of foam so can imagine theres to much difference.

The Gramma is different to the MoPads in that it is designed to take guitar amps - even 4x12s etc. It it two strips of high density foam with a slab of carpeted ply (I think) on top it.

Can't be too hard, it's something I've been planning to do myself.
SOS used some ply on top of slabs of Rockwool as an impromptu drum isolation riser in a Studio SOS a few months back, so something like that should easily take a 4x12"...
