I see that Audiojungle is allowing royalty free music to be licensed in broadcast with their special licence. They still don't take Pro registered music but I fear this type of set up could kill off the earnings from PRS members etc.
Is this something to worry about ?

Re: Royalty free music in broadcast ?
A quick listen to the stuff on there makes me think:
1) The material they're pushing is more aimed at the cheapo corporate/yootoob end
2) The quality is generally pathetic anyway
3) All the big broadcasters have blanket deals which give them access to 100,000s of tracks of vastly higher quality, and for very little expense eg. Audio Network is effectively free or cheap to them, and MCPS libraries are also either covered by blanket deals or peanuts in cost for a TV prog. US and other countries have loadsa blanket deals in place too btw.
Of course it's worrying when hideous companies like Epidemic Sound do deals with broadcasters like Ch.5 and bypass virtually any payment at all to composers (including PRS) but ultimately their model is unsustainable and just too much grief for producers to search through thousands of tracks to find maybe a handful that are half decent.
I wouldn't be worried about Audio Jungle.

Indeed.
This should register - at the very most - zero on the worry-ometer.

The way the "artists" talk to each other on those forums you would think they were big Hollywood composers. They shift a lot of sound effects for me anyway.

I don't understand what you mean by " I fear this type of set up could kill off the earnings from PRS members" Now all the royalty free libraries allow the tracks they provide to be licensed in Broadcast. (same thing in musicscreen.org library and in Bensound too)
