I offer support to my subscribers and recently I have been looking at various screen sharing software as I need to access the client's desktop and make adjustments etc...
I have been told that both Facetime for Win 10 and Zoom are the way to go.
Anyone have any experience with either or can make suggestions as to what to use please?
Zen baby, if this is in the wrong place spank me and move the thread buddy.

I've used TeamViewer from time but not sure if that's available on Mac?

If you're accessing clients PCs, presumably it'll need to be something that runs on their systems too?
I've used Teamviewer in the past on Windows for remote control of customer servers and it works very well. It appears to be available for Mac also (https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/mac-os/) though I've never used it on a Mac, nor do I know if you can control a Mac from a PC client.
You can download it and try it out for free though, so nothing to lose by testing it and seeing how you like it.

+1 for Teamviewer. Was the customer rather than the instigator (Windows user) and went well.
Do not go near WebEx or Skype. They say they can do it but can't.
I'm sure you have done loads of these things before, probably not worth saying, but do watch out for US and European keyboards (the typing kind). Mouse fine but if you need to type it can be a real pain particularly @ etc. seem to be all over the place....
