Hi- I have tried logging for last week and cannot - I have also tried to raise support ticket .I have also sent email last weekend to general enquiries.

Hi Nick,
I've checked your account and can see you purchased two courses and everything looks OK.
We have been experiencing some session cookie problems between our site and the NLE portal that provides the SOS Tutorials but I understand it was fixed.
So, I would recommend you log out of the SOS site, erase all your cookies and empty your cache. Then launch the SOS site again and log in. Then click the SOS Tutorials button to enter. Hopefully that will work. If not do post again back in this thread and let me know.
As for the support ticket and email you sent to NLE. We don't see any of those as it's inside their system not ours so I have no way of checking. They are supposed to respond within 72 hours.
