That hasen't happened, I mean, it's not september 2020 yet. This music has not been released yet and the date on soundcloud says it's from the future. Must be future music. Try asking the forum again in a month and maybe the future will know. Seems like World Music to me, that's still a genre which seems relevant. Anything as esoteric as this will easiliy be confined to non American mainstream genres. Better to go with World.
