Does any know where I can upgrade from Melodyne 4 essential to Melodyne 4 editor or studio? note: we cannot run Melodyne 5 at the moment
Thank you

Re: Melodyne 4
Have you contacted Celemony? I'd have thought they would be the only place where legit copies were available.

Yes, the only answer I get is 4 has been discontinued, only updates to 5 are available through Celemony

That's frustrating, :madas: I'd try again and explain your situation, I'm assuming you have run into an OS brick wall preventing you from running Melodyne 5? I can't think of any other way you could legally proceed and it seems very short sighted of them to stonewall this issue....
The only alternative otherwise would be to find a secondhand version but I'm not sure of the legallity/morallity of that, how are Celmony products licensed?

Good call Sam, there's something here on the matter so it looks it could be possible to transfer a license (but haven't really read the details)
