I doubt either of those will give you an improvement over the ProLs. The 10" claims only 220 watts RMS (yous ProLs are 250 watts a box) and I'm dubious of it's 132dB SPL max claims.

You have to listen to speakers beforebyou buy them. Btw, we’re you from and how old are you.. I want to more soundjobs do some saving more to buy better ones. Try rcf par example.

If for the gig you’ve been asked you still want to mic all the instruments rent some speakers for this job.

Yup, those €200 speakers will not cut it for anything bigger than bar gigs (but 60 people outside but close to the band is only a bar gig really). If you want to do more then save up until you can afford some Yamaha DXRs or RCFs or hire for the bigger gigs.

the 10'' has 220w RMS. Te proels i have have 50 w RMS maybe its better to buy the fame speaker? or not? iv never heard about RMS but now i know what it is. Is 220w RMS enough for a gig outside were will be 100 people? Thnx

the 50 watt is only for the highdriver and not for the whole systeem. the proel 12a is 200 watt rms. saw your posting on the Bax website and there your are writing in Dutch!! are you dutch?

I think you don't enough knowledge about P.A. work and systeem because you do know nothing about RMS or SPL.

good luck
