Following on from their debut release, Chainsaw Suite, Avalanche Tones have announced the launch of their second plug-in. Designed to complement the high-gain tone-shaping offered by its predecessor, Noise Suite provides producers and guitarists with a dedicated workspace for creating “chaotic textures and aggressive sound design elements”.
Noise Suite is a modular effects plug-in that comes loaded with 18 experimental modules. The collection of processors include the likes of pitch-shifters, frequency-shifters, ring modulators, tape-stop effects, freezes, glitch delays, and a self-oscillating analogue-style delay. Users can create custom processing chains using up to 10 modules at a time, and they can be reordered quickly thanks to a simple drag-and-drop interface. The plug-in also offers MIDI mapping for those who want to assign functions to hardware controllers, and fully supports DAW automation.
