Behringer synth editor MIDI software

Digital Sunset Studios have been busy working on an interesting project: a free software tool that provides computer-based editing for a range of Behringer’s synths. It’s been available as a browser-based tool for some time, but has recently been treated to some updates that made a range of visual improvements, and brought all of the editors together into a convenient browser-based interface.

There are currently five synths supported: the Pro-VS Mini, JT Mini, CZ1 Mini, UB1 Micro and JT4000M Micro. Supported in Google’s Chrome browser, each of the applications include a GUI that provides a fully controllable representation of the associated instrument’s top panel, offering access to all of its parameters via the user’s chosen MIDI connection.

For those who are not using Chrome as their browser, the developer has also made the editors available as a standalone application for both Windows and macOS systems. You can download the appropriate version here.

All of the editors are available now via the link below.
