FSK Audio’s latest plug-in doesn’t process audio, but serves as an organisational tool that allows QR codes to be embedded into a DAW session. QRonicle is capable of generating a code that is then displayed in its GUI, and allows users to link to information stored on a cloud drive.
Designed to eliminate time-wasting tasks such as searching through links, texts, emails and so on, the new plug-in offers a quick and simple way to set up a direct link between a DAW project and just about any information associated with the track or session. Once set up, scanning the generated code with a mobile device automatically takes users to any files they wish to link to from their project — as its just a standard QR code, it can be read from a mobile device’s camera or scanner app, with no additional software required.
FSK Audio say that common use cases include:
