The latest iteration of IK Multimedia’s compact amp and effects modelling pedal expands on the capabilities of the original, introducing support for wireless control via the Tonex Control mobile app.
Thanks to the mobile support, the Tonex One+ offers app-based editing and real-time MIDI control without the need for a desktop computer. Available for iOS and Android devices, Tonex Control allows users to browse, edit and load patches from their phone or tablet, as well as integrate the pedal into MIDI-controlled pedalboards and rigs — MIDI is provided over both TRS and USB connections, and allows players to access all onboard presets, automate changes and control the pedal’s parameters in real time.
The new arrival also offers direct integration with the company’s ToneNET platform, providing access to the ever-expanding collection of user-created Tone Models.
