I am looking for some advice on the best set-up to use for my call center. Here is what I am trying to accomplish:
- I have several devices that a call monitor will need to receive calls on and listen to from their desk (computer, iPad, telephone).
- The call monitor will also need to speak through a headset to interact with the caller.
- I would like to have something that i can plug all these devices into so the call monitor receiving the calls will not have to switch their headset to different devices.
I have tried a Mini Mix 2 Four-Channel Stereo Line Mixer, but the call monitor's voice comes through very soft on the other end. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
