I’m trying to keep the score view open for a region on another track that I’ve already recorded, whilst at the same time recording on another new instrument.
At the moment, as soon as I hit record and play notes on the midi kb, I lose the display of the score for the instrument I’ve already recorded and the score editor instead displays the new notes as they’re played in.
Thanks.
My last resort will be to screenshot the score and either print it out or leave open in Preview on my second monitor.

Turn Link "Off" in the score editor.
Logic Pro basics -> Work with Logic Pro windows -> Control window relationships using Link mode

Thanks - worked perfectly!
Stupidly I’d tried the other two options on the link menu but didn’t try ‘OFF’... now feel a real numpty
