SOS makes the magazine app and we sell it either via Apple or via our own SOS online subscription store.
If purchased from Apple
If you originally purchased your app subscription from Apple you must contact them.
To cancel your subscription and get a refund, you'll need to contact Apple directly and get the refund from them.
- Go to your computer and open iTunes. Make sure you're signed in.
- Go to your Account > Purchase History. Scroll to the bottom and click on the button that says "Report A Problem".
- Select the SOS app.
- On the next screen, write your reason for requesting a refund.
Note: Apple don't make a habit of handing out refunds for app purchases without good reason, as their terms and conditions state: "All sales and rentals of products are final". Usually, refunds are only given for specific reasons such as: purchasing faulty or bogus apps, purchases made in error, or multiple (accidental) purchases.

Email our Subscription Department giving details of your orignal purchase and they will get back in touch.
