In 2016, Jiggery Pokery Sounds released their RE emulation for Propellerhead Reason of the 1970s additive RMI Harmonic Synthesizer (as used on Jean‑Michel Jarre’s classic Oxygène album). Version 2 has now arrived, incorporating features derived from a copy of a 1970s internal RMI document listing the changes planned in an upgrade to the original synth that never took place. There are also extra LFOs and mod matrices, and the graphical interface of the plug-in has been expanded, taking advantage of some improvements to previous restrictions imposed by the Rack Extension format which have been made since version 1 was released.

JPS Harmonic Synthesizer 2 is for Reason 10 and above, and costs $99 from the Propellerhead shop. Best of all, owners of the original version 1 of the plug-in get the upgrade free of charge!
