The Prizes
For this month’s exclusive competition, we’re giving two lucky readers the chance to win Zynaptiq’s comprehensive ZAP IV plug‑in bundle: a collection comprising all 11 of their critically acclaimed, award‑winning plug‑ins for mixing, mastering and repairing your audio.
Included in the ZAP IV bundle are:
- Unveil, a de‑reverberation and “signal focusing” processor that lets you boost or suppress reverb in your recordings, and fine‑tune overall clarity.
- Unfilter, an “adaptive tonal contour linearisation” plug‑in that can remove resonances, roll‑offs, comb‑filtering and other types of EQ artefacts, with applications in mixing and mastering.
- Unchirp, a codec artefact removal and transient retrieval tool that can restore audio compromised by poor lossy compression, and add clarity, definition and punch to your recordings.
- Pitchmap, which lets you rewrite mixed music in real time: change the harmonies and melodies of polyphonic recordings, samples, loops, or even full mixes on the fly, while correcting tuning and suppressing individual sounds based on their pitch at the same time.
- Pitchmap:Colors, which uses the same underlying technology but can respond to MIDI data, allowing you to conform any audio to any scale or key in real time.
- Morph 3 Pro, a ‘real‑time structural audio morphing’ processor. Apply high‑end morphing algorithms to two input sounds to create a new one that has features of both — and create a whole universe of new sounds.
- Unmix:Drums, which allows you to boost cut the drums in a mix or sample, or add potentially illegal amounts of punch to your drum stems.
- Adaptiverb, a unique harmonic tracking resynthesis reverb, offering synth‑style textures and creative filtering options.
- Wormhole, an otherworldly multi‑effects processor offering high‑quality processing ranging from the sublime to the extreme. Creature/robot voices, sci‑fi sound effects and drones, or wide, shimmering, glassy ambient guitars with pitch‑shifted tails? You got it!
- Intensity, an intuitive plug‑in that adds more detail, clarity, density, and perceived loudness, without needing complex plug‑in chains.
- Orange Vocoder IV, the newest version of Zynaptiq’s classic software vocoder, with multiple algorithms and stunning audio quality.
Zynaptiq have long been at the forefront of audio signal processing, having developed a number of cutting‑edge AI‑based processors since their founding in 2011.
