I found this one incredibly difficult to judge. number 1 was too quiet, so I could dismiss that one straight away. The rest were so similar, and to my ears i'm pretty sure 3 and 4 are identical! and both happen to sound the best, so they both get my vote!

Hi,

Don't worry - no votes have been lost or refused. What you are seeing is just a quirk of this UBB forum software. When you click the VOTE button, it stored your vote, then returns you back to the poll - by which time you are (correctly) considered to have already voted, hence the reason why the button changes to "Sorry, you have already voted".

I have attempted to mitigate this confusion by ensuring that future voters get a popup confirming that their vote has been registered.

Regards,

- Paul

I voted for 4, but I found all of them too harsh.

I found the guitar had a honky bass note; and the Bass was a bit light.
Vocal-note over-loud (500 Hz-ish ), and vocal a bit loud. Lovely harmoy vox.

My vote goes to nr.6 Melt like this Snow, as with the other masterings of the other numbers i've listen too, I think this one has the most 'breath' in the low end and still a clear and polished mid and high spectrum, with a nice wide stereo-image.

OK,sorry if this seems like a daft question but how do you get the DVD issue of SOS?
do you have to subscribe in order to get it? i buy it from my local co-op every month but alas i have never seen an issue with said DVD.

Only occasional issues have included a DVD - I don't think any recent issues have included one.

Cheers

James.
