I have installed the latest version of Omnisphere on my Windows 10 pc, which confirmed when I opened it up on the UI that it is the up to date version. However, the next time I open Reaper it again tells me that it needs updating. I have absolutely no idea why this happens as I have definitely installed the latest version, and the UI confirmed it the last time it was open. It just seems to keep reverting back. Also, in my attributes browser on the right, many patch names are showing twice. it is even more confusing as my desktop version is showing different again. I open up in Reaper and it tells me I am up to date, but at the same time it displays the old version.
I would upload screenshots but no way to do this here unfortunately.
It seems my installation is very confused.

Have you got different versions of the VST plugin in different VST directories?
