Its one of the Lewitt Audio LCT or LGT mics. Probably the LCT940:

I would assume it is an LCT 240 PRO, but it has been modified. The LCT 240 PRO is available in black and white, but the grill is black in both versions. Here the grill is white. Also, some parts of the shock mount were custom painted. Interesting!

Tiz the style of American chat-shows....
Amusingly, there are a couple of companies that engineer modern SDC capsules into old vintage ribbon mic cases specifically for these applications!
