Back to the H9000, I have to agree, it is very, very good...

Hang on... my head's spinning... only a few posts ago you said:

I’m talking about the actual "sound" not the bugs, or the extremely confusing and head damaging user interface, plus the price, it’s still a status symbol amongst pop stars home studios, in the past, certain items of technology gave the people that could afford it an edge, that gap has closed up now, with software, even though I’d much prefer a hardware unit. Software has bloated the price of hardware beyond belief, as it’s not strictly necessary, look at the price of boutique pedals? Eventide have been particularly savvy about getting into that market.

Hugh, if I had enough cash in the bank right now to not even blink about buying an H9000 I would, it’s fabulous, but unfortunately my TVR is stopping me from doing so.

Oh come on, it's got an Ethernet port AND a colour display, they're offering FREE postage, and all for a piffling £5,885!
Or think of it like this: you're not shelling out £5,885, you're actually SAVING around £500 on the new price.

TBH, I haven’t used it much, but it’s fine, there’s not much to say about it, it sounds amazing, couldn’t be easier to use, and seems rock solid.
I’ve got no complaints at all, it’s great at small spaces, and can go really big too, for my ambient stuff. It’s just got "that sound" It does all the things my H3000 couldn’t do, and, it doesn’t hum!
