It’s pretty rare these days that gear even older than SOS is upgraded, but that’s what’s happened to Boss’ classic DD‑3 delay pedal (in production since 1983, when essentially the same design was first sold as the DD‑2).

The £122$139.99 DD‑3T now has a much‑requested tap‑tempo feature, allowing you to sync delays to your playing. If you need more than simple delays, Boss’ previous top‑of‑the‑range delay/looper pedal, the DD‑7, has also had an upgrade, creating the £140$159.99 DD‑8. Both pedals are available now.
