The MP3 audio files on this page accompany my review of the Mojave MA-50 in SOS December 2020. I've produced a few hi-res WAV audio examples so you can download the ZIP file and hear the results for yourself.
For all the examples, I used the preamps on my Audient ASP8024 console with no additional processing.
01 Acoustic Guitar
This is how the MA-50 sounded pointing towards the 12th fret of an acoustic guitar. The distance was six inches.
02 Kick Drum
The MA-50 positioned two inches from the resonant head of a kick drum.
03 Mono drum Overhead
This is how the MA-50 fared as a mono drum overhead. The mic was facing down toward the edge of the snare drum at a height of around 4 feet.
04 Male Voiceover
