NAMM 2014: Rupert Neve Designs 551 (Video)

The 551 is the first and only 500-series EQ designed by Mr Rupert Neve himself.

The 551 EQ aims to bring back some of the colour of Rupert Neve's most famous designs. With Class-A gain blocks, custom-wound inductors and transformers, the 551 brings Rupert's classic inductor EQ to the compact 500-series format for the very first time.

NAMM 2014: Focusrite iTrack Dock (Video)

Universal Audio launch Apollo Twin

The Apollo Twin is a two-in, six-out desktop recording interface for Mac computers with Thunderbolt connectivity, that combines the same 24-bit, 192kHz audio conversion of its predecessors with UAD Solo or Duo processing. It allows a plethora of high-quality UAD plug-ins to be run in recording and monitoring paths at low latencies (in the region of 2ms).

Prism Sound launch Atlas

Prism Sound have only just announced their new Titan audio interface, and already they're readying their next. The Atlas is the newest in the line of Orpheus-derived interfaces and is set for a launch at the NAMM show in Anaheim later today.
