Giltrap Signature H-Clamp fixes mics to more instruments

The original H-Clamp, a clamp that could attach a microphone to an acoustic guitar was first reviewed by Paul White when it was launched in 2006 (http://sosm.ag/nov06-guitar-tech). Since then, Exploraudio have expanded their range to include versions specifically for multi-instrumentalists. The latest of these is the Giltrap Signature model, which is tailored to cover the wide range of instruments played by the legendary Guitarist, Gordon Giltrap.

Steinberg bring gesture control to Cubase

Steinberg have announced the release of a new system that allows users to interact with the popular DAW via hand gestures. Cubase iC Air software is free to use but requires either a Leap Motion Controller or depth camera run by the Intel Perceptual Computing SDK.
