Sonnox Oxford DynamicsSonnox, makers of the Sony Oxford plug-in range, have announced the availability of their Oxford Dynamics plug-in for Pro Tools' latest plug-in format, AAX. Sonnox are working through their product line-up bringing each plug-in to AAX, and Dynamics now joins Oxford Inflator, TransMod and EQ. Both Native and TDM versions of the AAX plug-ins are now available and Sonnox are currently offering 40% off purchases of Oxford Dynamics until March 31. The full press release from Sonnox follows.
Press Release: The wait is over! Sonnox has announced the release of the highly anticipated AAX version of it’s acclaimed Oxford Dynamics Plug-in. Based on algorithms from the Dynamics section of the OXF-R3 digital mixing console, the AAX DSP and Native versions boast six individual sections: Compressor, Expander, Limiter, Gate, Side-chain EQ, and Warmth function. Both AAX DSP and AAX Native versions can be used as a surround buss compressor/limiter, previously only possible in the TDM version. The Dynamics also benefits from new meters.
