Sonicsmith demo guitar-tracking synths at Superbooth

Updated versions of audio-controlled synths revealed

The world of modular synthesis can sometimes seem a little overwhelming if you come at it as a guitarist. Thankfully, Sonicsmith are here to help. At Berlin synth show, Superbooth, they were demoing their latest semi-modular, audio-controlled analogue synths. And it's not just guitar, that you can use to trigger the Squaver P1+ and Converter+ synths. You can also use a bass — which is notoriously hard to track — or voice.
