Get me to The Production Surgery!
UK-based sample-creation specialists Loopmasters have set up a new Group on Facebook called The Production Surgery. It has been established to provide a forum for budding producers to have their music critiqued by peers, but also by songwriting professionals.
This month, electro production partners Tim Healey & Marc Adamo will be giving advice to members of the group. They’ll select four submitted tracks and provide feedback directly to the track creators, who will also receive Loopmasters gifts (including Healey & Adamo's Alternative House sample library)!
The service is only open to people with Facebook profiles, although the track-submittal process uses an external file-upload service. Loopmasters ask for 320kbps MP3s to be uploaded with the email address of the entrant in the filename. Head to http://tinyurl.com/LoopmastersProductionSurgery to log in!
