Edinburgh's first festival of Electronica

Unique Beats are a collective of electronica musicians and fans who create podcasts of up-and-coming acts form around the world and also put on music and music making events. 
The first uniquebeats event will span a full day, from 12 noon to 11pm. The event will feature equipment workshops from the industry leaders and live sets from some of the best local electronic artists around.

Those attending the workshops will have the opportunity to win a range of prizes including Sonar 8 Producer, Reason 4, a Roland SH201 and loads more...

Andrew Farina of Unique Beats sums up what the organisers hope for the event: "As you can see it's going to be a great day for music fans and music creators and we are extremely excited about being able to bring these two worlds together in one venue on one day."
