AES 2015: Cliff Mics RM1 (Video)

We spoke today to Cliff Henricksen, the founder of Cliff Mics and Director of New Technology at Ocean Way Audio, about the RN1 ribbon microphone. Key features of the mic include a greater sensitivity and better HF response than more traditional ribbon mic designs, and an integral fabric pop shield. 

Henricksen himself has held numerous senior technical positions at many audio companies such as Altec Lansing, Community Professional Systems, Electro-Voice and Bose Corporation. Find out more about the RN-1 in the video above.
