The deadline for entires into the fifth annual MIDI Innovation Awards is now just two weeks away. Product submissions are being accepted for all six award categories until 8 July 2025, with voting set to start on 14 July.
Submissions are being accepted from any company or entity that creates MIDI products. All that’s needed to enter is some text, a picture and a link to a video — all of the same materials that would be prepared for the product’s launch. There is no cost to enter, and the product will be promoted on MIDI.org, with finalists gaining the opportunity to present their innovations on a global stage thanks to prizes that include exhibition spaces at major events like the NAMM Show and Music China. The MIDI Association will also provide support to those developing MIDI 2.0 prototypes.
