The public vote for this year’s MIDI Innovation Awards has now closed, and The MIDI Association have announced the three finalists in each of the five categories. All finalists are invited to take part in the 2024 MIDI Innovation Award Show, which is scheduled to be recorded at the end of August and will Air in September.
They are also invited to participate in a number of events including SynthFest UK (Sheffield, UK, 5 October 2024), Music China (Shanghai, China, 10 – 13 October 2024) and NAMM 2024 (California, USA, 23 – 25 January 2025). Additionally, they will be entered into the Chinese User Choice awards, where Music China will translate their MIDI.org entries and promote it on their WeChat channels.
